"Ordered a salad and the cheese was old 3 different colors I have patronized this location for 3 years never seen cheese with white spots on it. I asked for him to take my salad and he said no get your money back. No customer service there at all"
"The customer service is by far mediocre acceptance and the rapport with customers is not compassionate, or warming. There is always a disdain in the way customers are handled and the food itself is mediocre and customers leave feeling short-changed as a result. Compassion alone, doesn't show up, yet the feeling of payment and leaving seems paramount. I have decided to not patronize this establishment anymore as a result of the above mentioned. I have no idea if this is a cultural issue or a personal issue; but one needs to be able to arrive at the community that they serve, and this establishment has no duality of doing so or changing the tactics of improving it's customer service or customer relations."
"Honey buffalo honey mustard wings and fries, not bad. The cashier thought “honey buffalo” was ordered and when it was explained honey mustard was what was said, a simple fix was to pour honey mustard on top. Not bad..."
"Great service. Excellent lemon pepper wings. Food served at Dream Wings, especially the lemon pepper wings are worthy of a drive. I live in Tucker,work at Beecher Elementary, and do go out of my way to eat these delicious morsels."
