"You cannot contact anyone at this McDonald’s via phone. It is so dark around this store at night you fear for your life. The fries were not hot. My sandwich was thrown together and sloppy. It was good first time I went, so I guess it’s a toss up."
"This location is always short staffed which makes this fast food service not so fast. There is always some sort of commotion going on here. This time a homeless man was yelling at an employee for not giving him $2 for the marijuana he provided him. It got intense! You had to be there."
"It’s sad that I will no longer be using the McDonalds that is literally 5 minutes from my house! I would rather drive 15-20 out of the way than to spend my money for poor services! The last two times I’ve gone to this McDonalds they have messed up my order and I hate to say it as a black woman but the two black male and female managers are extremely rude. The only time my food has been fresh and good when when the Hispanics were there and that’s just me being honest! I will never spend my money in this establishment again! I really wish the owner knew how his employees were damaging his business!"
"Cahsiers rush drive through customers. Is that it? No. Is that it? No. Is that it? No. Completely frustrating because they are impatient and not listening to the order correctly. No surprise at the 3 stars this restaurant has."
"The drive through is always long, and I don’t go inside anymore. It doesn’t look like many people go inside, maybe one or two. I don’t know what that’s about. The last time I wanted to buy something for a homeless person, the cashier said I couldn’t do it, but there were homeless people camping out in the parking lot under the trees. I don’t have a problem spending my money to buy someone else some food, and they told me the person does that all the time. Well, I don’t know the homeless person. I have seen her there a few times. She didn’t ask me for money, just food. Anyway, the food is what I ordered and it’s warm. No complaints on that end."
