"The restaurant and staff were very nice but I haven't had their Tenders in a while and I do not like the new style. They feel formed instead of natural strips of breast meat like they used to be. Other than that everything was good"

"The last two times I went, my wings were good. The staff was nice. The first time I went, they were super busy and had to wait. They just needed a little more organization. Why is it when you place an online order, you still have to wait in line for it to get done? That defeats the purpose of ordering online and picking it up during the time it says it will be done. I saw a couple of food delivery drivers waiting as well. The other restraunts do the same thing. That process needs to be changed. Like, just designate one person for online and delivery orders. Easy peasy!"

"This place is terrible. It's so disorganized. The food does not taste like other locations. The staff is extremely rude all the way up to the manager / shift lead. After spending $40 on food at the drive-through, I checked my bags and noticed a whole meal was missing. I went inside, and the manager kept saying it's in the bag and talking over me. I continued to explain, and she insisted it was in the bag. It wasn't, so I kept telling her. She finally turned around and asked the girl who packed the bag. The girl said, "I didn't pack that meal I thought you did." So I had to wait for that meal to get made only to come home, and the tenders were burnt and missing 1 tender from a 12 piece. This location is not worth your money or time."

"Worst Popeyes location I've visited. They need some training on making the chicken sandwiches Only slightly amusing to see the idiocy. For instance. The open sign chain held up by push pins straight up. It's directly over a table where customers can sit. Not that anyone could see the sign from outside because they postered right in front of it"

"I understand that the prices have went up but the quality and customer service has most definitely went down. I’m accustom to waiting for them to cook the blackened chicken tenders but I’m not accustom to receiving these small and dried up pieces. I always check my food before leaving. I was shocked when I saw this. I went inside and the young lady (who stated out nice) stated that the suppliers cut the size of the tenders but she would have me more cooked. I’m assuming “Ellene” is the manager, wasn’t okay with that so she interrupted by yelling from the back, “damn you can give her 2 but not 3!” “We don’t give away food for free!” She continued talking but I walked off. Her attitude and response wasn’t even necessary. The young lady called me back up for my other tenders and I asked her for the lady’s name and she said, “ ask her yourself?” Very rudely. I’ve never received that kind of service at Popeyes and I’ve been to locations all over Atlanta."
