"We come to this IHOP due to the proximity of our home. We will not be making this mistake again. The service is very slow, food is subpar and low quality. Staff is unaware of customers needs, unable to follow simple request for the small things, we don’t ask for much. Last visit was very as far as food preparation was concerned. This place needs better cooks or someone who can handle more than two orders at once."

"We almost had the whole restaurant to ourselves, Sunday evening. Our server, Kai, was very attentive and social. We were addressed and seated immediately. Orders taken and we received hot fresh food. The food and service, fantastic."

"This was my first time dining at this location. The young lady at the front counter was professional and polite. My waitress was very unconcerned with my request. I didn't want to send my meal back out of fear the food would be returned unsafe. At checkout I advised the waitress of the discrepancy and she advised me that she made the change in my meal to save me money. She should have communicated the change with me before the meal was prepared. I advised her that I wasn't requesting any discount, but I wanted her to know there was a miscommunication. She insisted that no mistake was made on their part. Afterwards I overheard her say to the manager I was trying to create an argument. When the manager came out I explained the issue with her and I advised her that I wasn't there to cause any conflict. That was the end of the incident as far as I was concerned. In my opinion the waitress wasn't the best example of an IHOP employee. Hopefully she can mature and become a better employee."

"We have eaten here before with no luck. We decided to give it another try... My daughter and I walked in the smell was awful. Smelled like dirty grease, dirty mop water and b.o. the server dropped plastic to go utensils on the table along with greasy menus (the pages were actually stuck together) we debated eating the food and ended up leaving. Didn't get a drink or food. They probably didn't even realize we left. If I could give negative stars I would."

"Started off ok until I found hair in my daughters and my eggs. Plus on top of that the silverware is filthy as well as the glasses with lip prints and etc. I hate the fact I have to drive way out just to have a decent meal at I-hop when this location is only up the road from me. However, the manager with the dreds was extremely sweet. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve left with a refund. She had everything remade and and politely serviced our table. Thank you for fixing this the best way you could."
