"Honestly pathetic. They wanted me to pull up which is cool cause I worked in fast food before. I decided to come inside cause I was waiting for a while and they forgot my order. I’m pretty patient but for me to wait that long and for my food to be nasty is sad. They didn’t even cook the dough for my chalupa and that shi was cold as hell and I asked for no tomatoes and guess what? They had tomatoes on it and forgot my sauces. Do better!"

"This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. We’ve tried them a few times since we’ve moved to Hampton and they just can’t get it right. I’d advise traveling to a different location, if not, please just choose something else to eat."

"Very unorganized staff at this location. I ordered a chicken burrito and I could only eat half of it. I specifically said no rice. I don’t want a refund or exchange I just won’t come back to this spot."

"The reasons I only visit this location once or twice a year. The customer service is just OK but the wait time is horrible. They're always out of something. I ask for extra sour cream and was told they just put the last of the sour cream on my nachos. The Nachos went from Large to XXS with hardly no toppings but the price went up and I have to always ask for napkins and utensils. This location really need to do better."

"Has anyone ever tried Del Taco? It's the total opposite of taco bell! I'm raving about Del Taco because I recently tried them for the first time and wow oh WOW! The taco shells are actually cooked, there's twice as much meat/toppings and funny how their $1 menu taco resembles a "regular" taco bell taco. The only thing that I dislike is the sauce. There just isn't enough zing to it. I've said all this to say, that the ONLY reason that I'd ever again stop at this particular taco bell location is to get taco sauce to for Del Taco. **Please take heed!** Don't go to this location and waste your time OR your money. 08/28/2023 *UPDATE* Well here we are 2yrs later. I moved out of the area and ended up moving back. I was headed home today and decided to stop an try out the new "Birria" like tacos with shredded beef. Unfortunately, nothing about this location has changed accept the time of day. I ordered the box and an additional 2. This is what I received. What happened to the shredded beef? Honestly, you as a franchise are giving the Taco Bell name a really bad look. What's worse is that in 2 YEARS there have been absolutely no improvements. Just more hardworking people losing their money to restaurants we're supposed to trust. Truly unfortunate. My previous review stands. **PLEASE TAKE HEED** Don't waste your time OR money at this location. Mr. or Ms. owner?.. you owe me a refund. Seriously."
