"I give the shift before 2pm-3pm a 5 star. Always have my food fresh and in order. Now the shift after that is iffy and the night shift is trash. I typically don’t eat here unless it during the day but last night I went and they gave me scraps of Luke warm fries and the chicken was not fresh and dang near hard."

"The new way they take your orders is nice, it’s much like chick fil a , and I do notice the workers are nice!! The food is good and is close to Canes. If you decide to go in, it has nice decor!! 9 out of 10 would go again"

"The house front service was fine. It was down hill when I got home and found 8 scrawny wingettes in my container of 10 traditional paid wings for $13.69. I called back to the store and was told by the representative that he doesnt know what they do in the back. My $10 salad was lackluster - the lettuce tasted gritty and the cucumbers were sour. If you're looking for quick tasty wings, a fresh salad and value for your dollar - Zaxby's on Tara is not the answer."

"I frequent this location off Tara Blvd close to Home Depot. The staff is always pleasant and friendly in the drive-thru. I never had any issues with my food. Probably the best fast food chicken fingers in this area. I won't complain about wait times being that Hampton is a growing area with all the new developments and communities. Most establishments in this area have the same issue. The food is good and the customer service is as well. Zaxby's over Raising Cane's bland chicken fingers any day!"
