"I waited in drive thru behind 2 cars waiting to place their order for 9 minutes. Then I decided to go inside, where the disinterested employees ignore me standing there. Never again going to this location in Lovejoy."

"Staff was not friendly at all very rude even down to the manager unfortunately. Got chicken nuggets for me and my 2 yr old, they taste and smelt like they were drenched in chemicals then fried, darker in color than normal. They were not edible!!!! This location should not be allowed to serve food to the public"

"I ordered several items at the drive thru and one of the workers was eating nuggets at the front window. The burgers were really cold. Someone slapped them on the grill to take the pink off of them & that was it. The manager was mad because I said, something about them. She was extremely rude and had trouble giving me the right amount of money back when I returned the items. No one from Wendy's has gotten back with me regarding the horrible way that we were treated."

"Paid 30 dollars for 2 baconater meals. Fries were old. Burgers were just like the burgers in the 5 dollar bag terrible. Also got 2 small strawberry frosty there were melted and taste like nestle quick milk. And we dined in. Service was not friendly told us we had to wait they had to many doordash orders coming in. Nasty nasty nasty. Most food went in trash"
