"Placed order on line. Small chili (promotion) and medium coffee. Chili was just warmer than room temperature. I had added onions, not knowing they were rings only, should have been served on top so customer could break them down to bit sized pieces. They did brew a fresh pot of coffee. The dining room needed housekeeping. I counted 5 employees on duty."

"I used to love coming to this location, the only Wendy's location I would eat at to be honest but I'm not sure what's changed. For the past couple of months the food has not been fresh & serve what they feel like serving. Today was my last time spending money here. I went to get ghost pepper fries, but before I ordered I asked if they still had them. The person taking my order told me yes. So when I asked if they could add queso cheese to my fries (like I've been doing for months) all of a sudden, they "don't have ghost pepper fries." In my opinion, they just didn't want to do it & thats fine. Changed my order to nuggets. Literally, the nuggets are so cold and hard I have cuts on my gums!!!! Ridiculous! And honestly, the last time I should've spent my money here is when I ordered a 10 pc SPICY nugget and they gave me a bag of spicy & regular nuggets mixed!!!! They expected me to just pull off without checking my order. (which I know to do now cause they've been messing up) when I returned it she said it was because she had to make more spicy nuggets! WHO DOES THAT?! give people what they ordered & not what you want to give them just because you're lazy! They take the order back, and give me fresh spicy nuggets mixed with the old ones they gave me the first time. I won't be returning but in the future DO BETTER BY HUNGRY PEOPLE WHO ARE SPENDING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!"

"I drove to Wendy’s last night before 10:00pm . All of the lights was off . I passed it looking for it. I drive in and it looked close. The menu light the Wendy’s sign all was off as if the staff did not want anymore customers to come in. Anywho I get to the speaker and they are open I’m like ok cool. I order my food . Pay for it and the young lady that was taking care of the orders said they was making me some fresh fries. So I pull up to the front door waiting on my fresh hot fries to come out with my order. So she comes out with my bags of food cool. I didn’t check it before I left I knew I should’ve but anyway. I get home not even 3 mins away and my food is cold everything my fries was over cooked and still cold my son nuggets was cold cold. I ordered a $7 Biggie bag .I go to bite in my bacon double burger and it tasted awful like it was expired meat disgusting I almost threw up! I went and drove back up there and tell them how nasty the food was the manger said she will make the order herself. She apologized she will redo my whole order for me. Ok cool. I check it fries are fresh and nuggets. Boom get home bite into my burger and it had the same taste as the last one. I take off the top bun to see what’s that nasty taste. I taste the meat and it didn’t taste nasty. I look at my bacon and it looks like it was frost bitten. It was half cook and it smelled horrible . It was old expired bacon. As you can see in the picture I posted the bacon is light and bumped up like it’s frost bitten and it was still cooked. It was old expired bacon. Very disappointed. I just moved in the area and I never in my life had nasty Wendy’s I love me some Wendy’s ! I will not be returning back I will be reporting to the head quarters!"

"Y'ALL NEED TO GET YOU ONE OF THESE LOADED NACHO CHEESEBURGER NOW! The taste is great. So much different combinations hits your taste buds all at once. I'm not going to spill the beans on whats in it but if you like a little mild spice then this is the sandwich for you. If you like nachos then this is the sandwich for you and most importantly if you love a cheesy cheeseburger then this is most definitely for you. FOR THE OWNER I JUST WANT TO SAY PLEASE KEEP THIS ON THE MENU!!"

"When I first walked up to this Wendy's I could hardly recognize it. It has a very quaint, clean, and unique look to it. The outside structure blended very well with the surrounding clean and cheerful Forest like area. The inside also shocked me with its unique take on the Wendy's formula... Complete with custom artwork. The manager Jeff we did me warmly and quickly. He was very attentive to my needs and very positive. He got my order quickly and delivered the rest table side. AAA+ service"
