Domino's Pizza

"I started coming to this location when I had back to back bad experiences with the Thornton Rd location. They are on my way home so convenience is also a plus. The pizza, pasta and sandwiches are to be expected and the location is clean. The service is good if you order online or walk-in. I've tried to order on the phone and no one picked up. I even let the phone ring until I got there and the person at the register seemed unbothered that I mentioned I was waiting for someone to answer. Even after calling them out, the cashier continued to put phone calls on hold without picking up to say anything. I've been in since and they still don't answer the phones... it's kept at a very low ring. Don't have an issue with your order or you may have to drive to the location to get it resolved. Other than that, I frequent the establishment often."

"DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! 3hrs to get my last order. Stone cold by the time I got it. When I attempted to 'review' after delivery on their tracker, the best it would offer me is a discount on my next order. Screw that. I want a refund. No one picks up the phone at the location so good luck getting a manager. The employees just pick up the phone and hang up. So I call corporate. They dont have customer service department and instead directly you to email them. So unless you plan on picking it up yourself, do not order from this location."

"I have to share the great experience with this location after years of boycotting due to terrible service, wrong or incomplete orders and often long delays. I reluctantly ordered after my kids asked for Dominos and I am pleased I did. I ordered online and received notice my order would be ready in 10-15mins. I called to verify and the employee assured me it was accurate. I pulled up and before I could even place my car in park a friendly employee was walking out to my car with my order. Idk if it’s new mgmt or what but kudos to this location for excellent customer service and speedy service, esp on a Friday evening!"

"Took over an hour to receive our order - online tracker showed the food sitting in "quality check" for over 30 min. When YOUR email indicates delivery within 30-40 min, you need to deliver within 30-40 min. And this is what the sandwich looked like..."

"Do not order delivery at this location... Ordered at 9pm after 2 hours the tracking on the app says that it was still in quality check.. So we had to drive to the store to get the pizza. Of course its cold and hard.. Demanded our refund. It looks as if they do not have delivery drivers. No one answers the phone."
