Marco's Pizza

"Not consistent. Every pizza is different even when I order the same. Delivery orders always missing something. They use doordash and so it's always either cold pizza or missing items.. better to buy a frozen pizza and make it at home."

"I will definitely be back to this Marcos location. Aaron offered me Plates and took the time to put my drink in a bag. He also opened the door for me. Those small things meant a lot to me. It's good to see some workers still believe in giving great customer service."

"We ordered a pizza online for pickup. My daughter came with me to pickup the pizza. She wanted to give whoever brought our pizza out a heart from her activity box. I told her no she couldn’t give anyone a heart because my pass experience at this location has not been the best. Also told her that if we receive good service then I would allow her to give the individual the heart. We get to the location and out came Noel (new General Manager) with the most pleasant smile and very professional. I was very impressed! I told him my daughter wanted give him something. So she handed him the heart which brought on a bigger smile. Thank you Noel for changing what I thought would be a not so good experience. Continue to work on the areas of improvement we spoke about. Your customer service was excellent!"

"I ordered a pizza for future pickup (placed order around call it 6:30) for 7:15PM. It was in the oven when I arrived at 7:16. And I actually appreciated it, because when preordering from other places in the past I have gotten there and it was already sitting out and I had to wonder just how long it was already sitting. The gentleman rung me up and noted it was in the oven and should be out shortly. Within 3 minutes there was someone boxing up the pizza, he opened it at the counter for me, and wished me a good night. Then as I was leaving another employee who was outside coming in - opened the door and held it for me wishing me a good night. All-in-all, the employees were happy and smiling and enjoying themselves and lightened up my mood. Great staff and perfectly cooked pizza. Would return again and again."

"Every time I go I experience the same thing. The young people that are in here that has absolutely NO idea of Customer Service. There's a girl at the front counter that literally moves at her pace and her pace only for everything. Every last one of the people in there Saturday night were either sitting down, on their phone, taking their lovely time. Phone was ringing and the girl at the front was dragging her feet. It took her forever to come ask me what I needed. This guy was on his phone and didn't budge when I came in. The drink machine has been empty for days and when I went on Thursday they literally went and got me a HOT Pepsi from the back. If there are drinks in the back why are they not being stocked in the drink machine in the front. This establish really needs a reality check because this is not like any other Marcos I've been too."
