Waffle House

"Garbage. I drove away with a to go order not knowing that they put onions and left the cheese off! Brought it back in to have the cook run his mouth talking about it was called out wrong. So I made the waitress correct the issue after correcting the cook. She claimed she has been sick so her voice was hoarse so she called it out wrong. For the love of God if you serve food!!! Stay home if you're sick. Please and thank you."

"Very disappointed! It seems to me the sausage patty was heated in the microwave and half cold, the grits must have been "quick grits" and were a little slimy. Eggs asked to be cooked over easy came half cooked and very runny. Serve a syrup container that was literally covered with sticky or dried syrup, and even after asking for it to be cleaned, it came back only half clean. Not a place I would recommend."

"As on 9/4/2023 I was at Waffle House on sixes rd, canton ga, the server James attempted to steal my iPhone while I was in the restroom, then kicked me and my boyfriend out, told the cook to trash our food, I went to HICKORY FLAT where I was treated with the upmost service before telling them what had happened moments before, I would like to say by far they need commended! I do not remember their names but they know who they are! Thank you and I appreciate your hospitality and outstanding service!!! Food was wonderful and service as well!!!!"

"Waffle House is mostly consistent food wise. Service is mostly good and prompt. Food is mostly cooked perfect. But every Waffle House we go to including this location is freezing cold. You have to eat your food very fast or it gets cold, including your coffee. This may be a planned thing since the locations are fairly small and they may want to get people in and out quickly to serve more people or to keep the cooks more comfortable at the grill. We find ourselves looking for different restaurants to eat in now just to avoid having to rush and eat. Luckily we have more options in our area now."

"You don't go to Waffle House for a fancy experience with multiple courses. You don't go to Waffle House for $5 coffee with your scone or pumpkin loaf. You go for nostalgia, for a glimpse of a past which still lives in the present. You go for the comfort that it's always there, tastes good, and leaves you feeling like you've been home."
