Little Caesars Pizza

"I ordered my food at 8:30, it was supposed to be delivered at 9:03. It’s now 9:48 and the delivery driver just dropped it off because he doesn’t speak English and unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish so he’s been lost driving around with my food for almost an hour!!! My food is cold and I’m livid!!! NEVER AGAIN!"

"I've always had a good experience ordering online and picking up here. The employees are usually quick to respond when I walk in and ask for my name. The pizza has always been ready by my scheduled pickup time."

"Came in in a Friday night. 9/29/2023. The girls working gave out two free pizzas extra sauce and two drinks to two boys that walked in after us. The workers did not have any pizzas ready to go or cheesey bread. My order got took and the girl said it would be 10 mins for both. I waited 10 mins and ask them about my order the girl asked me what my order was and I said classic pepperoni pizza and cheesey bread with marinara sauce. She said the pizza was ready but the bread sticks would take 5 more mins. When I finally got my order 20 minutes later since I first ordered I checked my order. I asked for a different pizza, the pizza was so greasy as was the bread sticks and the girl said that the reason it was greasy was because my pizza was a classic. I asked for the manager and both girls looked at me crazy. So I asked what their managers name was the girls said they didn't know at first then they said she wasn't there. I said that's ok I will find out myself. My pizza wasn't done and it was horrible and the cheesy bread was the same way. And I had asked for a different one and they wouldn't exchange it. Worst little Caesars I have ever had in my life and worst service I have had at one yet!And my marinara sauce was frozen."

"I pulled up with 3 grandkids in the car. Rather then get everyone out, I sent 1 in to order. She was fabulous and even came out and confirmed the order. Then a second 1 went in to pay. She treated them with respect and understood why I was doing it and then came put to my car with a pizza! Half cheese and half pepperoni! We loved the pizza. Next time I will get 2, though, because it was so good we ate the whole large pizza!! Even my husband liked it! But we only got 1 slice each. The grandkids had 2 slices!"

"First of all. I could not use the app to order online and use the deals. So I went to the store. Listening to the dasher come in to get to go orders. Them being told there was no thin crust, so they didn't complete the online order. This should have been my Q to leave. I ordered 6 pizzas and 4 orders chicken wings for my staff. They said 15 minutes. An hour later, the lady tells them she needs pepperoni pizzas made, this lady been here an hour. Time went on. She looked at me and said, "We're waiting for your wings. The staff back there laughing and playing the whole time all the people were waiting and being told they didn't make their food because they didn't have what they ordered and paid for. So finally my wings come. They had no plates and gave me napkins, which was cool. But then I asked for a bag to put my wings and other items in. They didn't have them either. They did not offer to help me take this big order to my car. No, sorry for your wait, nothing!! I had to stop at another store to get something for the employees to put their food on and bags to be able to get all this into the break room. We have a little Ceasars at home that is way busy, then that place was. Plus, their prices on pizzas were over close to 3 dollars higher than any other store I ever been to. I ordered more from a different pizza place, got better pizza, and had it delivered for less money and quicker than what I went through to feed my staff. They need to lock them on the doors on that dirty store!! Or hire someone who cares and grown. The whole staff was kids management included!!"
