"The staff here is about as unfriendly as it gets. You walk in to pick up your order and nobody greets you, they just look at you like you are an inconvenience. All they ask is your name and hand you the food. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing. They don't even take the time to check your order. Pizza was undercooked this time, had raw dough in several places. Our last few orders have had missing toppings. Not that they care but I think we will explore other options on pizza night. A shame because we love Papa John's. This location needs some personality training."
"Picking up a Delivery I want it to be clear that the reason the food is at a 3 is because it was food for someone else so I cant judge it I can only give it a standard pass. The Main reason for this review is because of the rude and obnoxious multi-colored hair lady that was not helping anyone . If she's a manager and your having staffing issues I can tell you its not the staff. This lady pops out of the back and is so close to the guy trying to take care of the couple people in the lobby that it made me feel uncomfortable. she immediately starts in badgering him and trying to tell him what to do when he didn't ask and seemed to be handling everything just fine. then when he's finishing up with a customer she tries to convince him that he messed up and he needed to do this and that. Guess who was wrong in the end and was just snotty about it. Did you guess the Multi color hair chick because you'd be right. Once the lady got her order after this fiasco she turned around and as she was headed out the door she rolled her eyes and you could tell she felt some kind of way with the whole ordeal. This was a very unprofessional experience that i hope is taken seriously."
"I don't know what other reviews are on about, my food has always arrived hot and almost always correct. When a driver forgot my soda, he ran back to the store to grab it for me! Or when they gave me the wrong wings by mistake, they remade it and sent it out. I've been ordering both delivery and take out for years & my household loves their food. Plus the customer service is great in my experience!"
