"The food was good. Same quality as other Ihops. Problem is, who has 25 minutes to wait for their order at the airport? The place was not even busy. I won’t be back to that location."
"They only have one person taken care of everybody else they read me a copy and when I asked for a refill I had to wait 45 minutes to get a refill which I never did I had to get up Has to talk to the manager. The manager saw me that I needed to talk to her and she completely ignored me at first. Then she wanted to give me a coffee to go after I already Got up and left my pancakes On the table, turned around look at the table. The table was empty. Oh yeah, you dumb woman. They have already cleaned up the table. This place is horrible and never coming to anybody. I wouldn’t even eat in this place"
"The food is disgusting. I’m sure not if this location runs on budget. But it’s best to just go to the actual restaurant where the food looks like the display screen photo. Cause this location is falsely advertising. Eggs has no flavor, the hash brown is dry no moisture. The pancakes are a little then the actual size if a person was to go to the restaurant. Also pancakes don’t taste like buttermilk it taste like dough. Just disgusting."
"This was the most unpleasant, uncomfortable, unprofessional and dirty establishment I visited. With limited time and other restaurants to capacity I wasn’t left with many options. The cooks were playing on their phones and flirting with other staff and I can almost bet you that’s why it took 40 minutes to receive my food. The food was an absolute joke (see picture below) square cheese on hash browns is not my idea of an extra 2.50 to add cheese. To keep this short, I’ll end here. Stay away. Very concerning cleanliness issue also."
