"This Krystal location is terrible. I live 3 mins down the road from this place, the time is 8:16pm, I just got food from there, came home and my food is cold. The meat is dried out, the cheese is not melted, and the bread is cold to the touch. I don't want to go back there and have them remake it out of fear that they may tamper with my food. It's ridiculous that I have to put my sandwiches in the microwave when I just purchased them from a fast food restaurant. I forgot to mention that it took me 10 minutes at the order window just to place my order, with only 1 car in front of me."

"Long wait at the speaker. Ordered 3 egg breakfast and donut holes. Icing at the bottom of container but donut holes were dry."

"Customer service is horrible in all ways possible. My visit wasn’t because I wanted to order for myself, it was for Door Dash. I had a pickup containing 2 separate orders on Thursday, November 30th around 10:25pm. Upon arrival, no one answered the mic so I proceeded to the window. After waiting patiently for about 5 mins, 2 people came to the window (A brown skinned boy and a light skinned woman with a hat) I told them that I had 2 orders Shay & Hardway. They told me to pull to the side and I waited patiently. All of a sudden the cook proceeds to hand me an order and I ask which person is it. He then tells me that it’s all inside one bag. I then ask him again is he sure, he walks away. So I decide to wait for about 5 more minutes. After no one comes, I tell them again that I’m still waiting on another order. They tell me that I didn’t say 2 orders rather than prepare it and the brown skinned boy proceeds to lock the door. Now as a calm and kind hearted individual, I truly feel disrespected and disregarded. The light skin girl comes outside and starts smoking so I thought to get out of the car and ask again. But due to the rudeness I received, I decided to stay for my safety. I pray that no one else goes through this anywhere at allllllllll. HORRIBLE SERVICE,"

"Krystal well that's going to tell you all. But I enjoy the taste of those little burgers because they're different so that makes them good. Employees at this restaurant were okay with me, they were friendly and helpful. See most places I go to I actually go a little farther than you normally would just to see the reactions and they passed. I will be returning"

"Husband convinced me to come here since we got to the airport a little early to pick up our son. I have never liked Krystal’s but this was very good! Hot and fresh! The drive thru attendant was very nice and ask us if we needed anything else once arriving to the window to pay and get our food."
