"Call to place order was placed on hold. No one ever came back. Get to restaurant several folks waiting. 2 guys working. 1 on his phone and the other working hard with long dreads. The worker keeps apologizing because he cant find the cashier. 30 minutes later cashier shows up with her boyfriend witn Publix bags. Yes she went personal shopping and left the restaurant. She placed her family groceries in the walk in refrigerator. Her flat of water burst and waisted all over the dining room floor. This woman finally rang us out no hands washed and says there is a survey on the back to get a free fries or a discount. This place has only been open a few months but is filthy do not eat here."
"Just shut the restaurant down and put something else here. It took almost an hour for food even though I ordered online, and other people got their food ahead of me. The chicken sandwich is a frozen Tyson patty, the fries are okay and their soda machine was out of half their options. Corporate needs to either retrain management and their staff or just fire everybody and hire new people."
"It’s a fast food chain, so I definitely don’t expect great service! However, there’s a big difference between great and horrible. The male workers at night Clearly hate their job and make you feel very unwelcome. So much so, that they had the DOORS LOCKED an HOUR BEOFRE closing. Not short staffed, just clearly lazy and hate their job. Hope the owner isn’t aware and wants better for his business and the customers in the community. We gotta serve our people better than this.
