"Had similar experiences the multiple times I have been here. I ordered 5 meals and waited 20 minutes for said meals. After leaving I discovered not a single meal was correct. I find it impressive that you can go 0/5 on an order. It must be super hard to do your job."

"This location was out of the southwest salad. The paper towel dispenser had no paper towels. We ordered two salads and were told they were out of forks when we received our salads. By the time I had walked to Publix to buy some forks, they had found some to-go packs with forks in them. The music was not to my taste and was blasting throughout the restaurant. The point of restaurant music is ambience. To set ambience, the music needs to be barely noticeable. This sounded like I was at a festival of all the music I don’t care for. I left perturbed and nursing a headache. I generally like Zaxby’s, but I wish I had gone to Sonic instead of this location. Do not recommend."

"The worst salad I've had in my entire life. Today I ordered a salad at Zaxbys, supposedly they are fresh from day to day and today they gave me one that is rotten and smells horrible. I couldn't go back because we were already going far when I opened the salad and I was very upset and I couldn't complain to them why they do that..."

"I ordered fried pickles. These are not fried pickles. Chicken’s still good though. 3 stars, because the people at the window were great and the chicken’s good, but I still have a sneaking suspicion that someone in the kitchen just straight-up didn’t want to fry an order of pickles since it was 20 minutes until close."

"I was thinking zaxbys was considered fast food, however this place is extremely slow. The line was wrapped around the building so I got out of line to go inside, they are o my accepting cash. So because I didn’t have cash on me I go back out to the drive through & get back in line, of course I had lost my spot so I’m way back at the end now. This is just not the experience I’m used to. When I ordered my food I was told they didn’t have insane sauce anymore. I asked for ketchup& they were all out. They didn’t give me a ranch with my wings. I won’t be coming back to this location smh!"
