"There is a particular woman that works the night shift. She is terrible at customer service. Don’t go through the drive through to pickup your online or phone order. Go inside the store. She will forget about you and leave you sitting there. This happened on the night of 12/02/2023."
"Absolutely horrible. Pizza never showed up. After 2 hours of waiting, I called the store and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes and would I like to cancel the order. Got Transfered to a store manager which was really a call center who said they had canceled it because they didn't have the pizza crust. No call. No email. Only Text link received to App still says they are preparing the order. Total complete lack of customer service. Just use the local pizza guys. Learned my lesson. Waiting to see if they charge my card. Acted like it had been canceled by them at the same time asking if I'd like to cancel my order."
"Worst Pizza Hut in Acworth. Food is always wrong, messed up. I try every few months to give them another chance, hoping for new management, better employees. Time never makes it better. I got the 3 pizza box. Order was messed, then corrected. All of the pizzas were nasty, dry as a bone. Ordered garlic parmesan crust. None of the pizzas had it. Crust on all pizzas was dry, crunchy like crackers. Sauce and toppings came nowhere near the edge. Nasty dry bad pizzas. This is a common occurrence."
