"We had stopped going there for so long because the pizza was awful and the staff were just unconcerned about everything. They were just out and out rude. Went back a couple of weeks ago, and they had hired an awesome girl in the front who was super nice and pleasant. Didn't get her name, but she was wearing a star on her face, which to me was who she really was. We got 3 pizzas the first time and came back a week later and got a couple more. Ordered on the website both times, and the pizzas were perfect. I'm glad they hired this awesome young lady!"
"Don’t even waist your time. They gave me the regular cheese pizza when I ordered a huge calzone/pizza combo where I paid $20. Also why would they answer the phone? I called 7 times on the way back to the store and they kept hanging up. To make it better there with 5 people working when I got there….. do better"
"I honestly am a really patient person but this location is laughable. I get working food industry sucks and I’d hate my job too - but these lazy workers deserve to not have jobs. It’s pitiful. If you’re going to order from here - put your order in 1-1 .5 hours earlier than you expect to get it because it never fails every single time it’s never ready even when I give it an extra 40 mins past when it says it’ll be done because my soul knows they are incompetent. It’s not even like I ever place a big order it’s always 1 pizza and 1 bag of bread sticks. Where is management and why is this acceptable? Every time I go there’s an angry customer too so I know it’s not just me. Little ceasers if you ever see this review you need to check on the staff because it really feels like they’re going out of their way to take this location down. It’s beyond laziness - it’s purposely done. They don’t want business they don’t want people to come back and they go out of their way to do that. Pathetic."
"Ordered a Pep, a Hawaiian and cheese bread. Pep was super burnt, no sauces included, and the owner has a sign on the register selling sauces for more than the menu price. Sent complaint to corporate already."
