Little Caesars Pizza

"When they have people in there over 30 years old the pizza and the service is FANTASTIC!! When it's the younger crowd, it's awful. The younger group tends to give away your portal order, forgets half your order, slow to help the counter and most of the time tell you "the portal is broken". They seem to have figured that out and the more mature new faces I see get it right everytime and the pizza on point. Oddly enough when the older employees work, the portal always works. Happy to see new staff! The front of the store is always filthy... I just try to remember it's a $7.99 pizza, there will be some gross parts to that."

"Pick up door dashes there almost everyday and there is always a wait. After about a ten minute wait one night and after waiting for several different orders throughout the night, the cashier asked 2 other customers if they would like an order of free bread sticks for their wait . With no provocation, she then looked at us and said we don't get compensation for our wait. We had been very patient and nice all night so we were a little shocked as to why she was being so blatantly rude. She then said she can't just give out free stuff and that even the employees can't get free food, after she just gave 2 orders of bread sticks out for free right in front of us intentionally. Even though they are always slow getting the orders ready, this is the first time we have had anyone treat us this way. It was very rude and embarrassing because the other people that she did give bread sticks to were looking at us strangely. I may end up refusing orders from there in the future. Already losing money with the long waits but now I'm losing respect as well. It's a shame because that only hurts my numbers and does nothing to Little Caesars. Maybe management can do a course in respect and manners."

"I ordered 4 pepperoni pizzas when the store opened this morning for a roofing crew. They looked different then usual but, oh well. Decided we’d need more to my husband returned for 3 more. The crew of 9 ate 2 pizzas. I couldn’t imagine that I overbought. I tried a bite. I’ve got to say that it was that it was the saltiest, and worse tasting pizza I’ve had. I won’t be buying it again! Now their deep dish I had last week was good."

"Ordered a pizza online for pick up. When I checked the pizza, it was made incorrectly and one worker offered to make it correctly and said it would take about 8 minutes. When she came out 13 minutes later, I checked the second pizza, was satisfied with the look of it so I left .(Side note: this girl was in an over sized shirt, shorts(isnt this a safety issue being around ovens and what not?) and her hair was neither in a cap or hair net.) Once home and only one slice in, the taste was very off and pasty. I removed all the toppings and exposed completely raw dough. I called the store and they refunded my money. But I wanted to make sure they saw this mistake for themselves. I took the rest of the pizza back into the store and Tyler shrugged his shoulders, said he wouldn't do anything else since my money has been refunded but said he would hold onto to it to show his GM. Pretty sure it was simply thrown away like the first incorrect pizza. I work in the same area of this store and it is a very convenient location for me. But the last couple of times, my orders have been incorrect. This one was just the icing on the cake for me to report these issues. Not to mention, Tyler had also just walked out of a bathroom, marked "out of order" on the front of the door. Corporate will be called. Update as of 5/31/23: no words from Corporate or the store GM as of yet."

"We noticed (unfortunately) after eating two slices of the pretzel crust pizza a centipede baked into it. We called the store and told the first person to answer the phone and they said nothing for a couple minutes then passed the phone to who we believe was the manager. You’d think they would immediately offer a refund of our entire order, we were willing to bring it all back, but they instead said the will just refund the one pizza. Why would we want to eat any of the pizza after finding that? They were rude and very unprofessional given the disgusting situation. We will be reporting this."
