"It was me and my husband's 1st time trying this company out. The guy with the tattoo on his neck that worked both the line and register today 2/18/2024 am, was not flustered nor timid that both the line inside and drive through was wrapped. Instead he greet each and every one with a warm welcoming tone, continued to thanked each person for their buisness and apologized for the wait each time he spoke to a new person. WOW! AMAZING MAN. You are appreciated sir. It takes allot to not rub off morning qorks to others, and your dedication to giving off good energy was very much seen and felt. We will be back."

"From the moment we walked in the door this morning from an early trip downtown to the doctor to the time we left here, we received absolute first class service. Our meals were hot and comforting, and we were treated to counter-to-table service with our tray. Regrettably, I did not get their names but the two crew members who went above and beyond in serving Mom and I really represented this location well and are to be commended. They know who they are and we just want them to know we appreciate them. Thank you Team Riverdale ♡"

"I came in to dine in around 5pm I order biscuits also some bo-berry biscuits. My biscuits were old and solid as a rock. They were burnt. I have my pictures for my proof. I’m so disappointed."

"Man when I say the food was good, it was good good. Never had bojangles before so me and my family decided to give it a shot and we are so glad we did. The gravy that came with the mashed potatoes I ordered was the star of the show. When we walked in we had about 3 employees welcome us. Had one employee that said he was from Florida (where we are from) tell us what's good and struck up a little convo. Everyone was so friendly from the cashier to the person that handed us our food that we waved and said our goodbyes when leaving and that doesn't happen often. Will be coming back again while we are here on vacation"
