"Terrible. The customer service sucks! I ordered online and followed the tracker. When I got there my food still wasn’t ready even tho the tracker said it was. So I waited forever only to get my pizza and it was made wrong. I went back and showed them. Didn’t get a “my bad” “sorry” or anything. They just re-made it which also took forever so now the rest of my food is cold. Smh. Will never come to this location again."

"I would take reviews older than about 6 months ago with a grain of salt. Since that time the new manager has been great at handling any issues and the quality and preparation of the pizza has been much improved. Would highly recommend for the price point, shout out to Gator for turning that place around!"
"I'm so disappointed, I oder my pizza with wings , at the delivery no wings the driver I paid him the full amount and he said he'll be back with my wings , once I open my pizza I realized that no beef only chicken so I called the dude on the was like so want to teach me how to do my job , bro I spend my money and do not get what I paid for and dude said you need to bring it . Been 30mn now I didn't receive my wings God bless y'all. Last time I'm ordering from that place ."
"Ordered online delivery. Manager called and said delivery was 2hrs behind and i could do carry out. I would receive a free item. I agree. I arrive to the store and its a Bunch of kids working here. Manager included. No structure. Not one employee had masks or gloves while handling food or money. And cashier kept walking away from register. One of the cooks hand to hand me my food cause she wasn't to be found. And top it off they still messed up my order. They should just close this down. Waste of my time and money."
