Pizza Hut

"I usually like this location but today was the last time . Pizza was wet and appeared to not be done . I hate floppy pizza!!!! I also asked for stuff crust and the pizza had NO cheese in the crust and the pizza was not cut properly and was torn as I was trying to get a slice . I called up there nicely to express my concerns nicely only to be cut off while talking and placed on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and was ignored called back and chose the option to order to speak to someone. Again nobody answer the phone. Rude establishment and poor quality pizza ."

"The professionalism is at an all time low at this location. Ordered online at 7:52pm quoted 8:21pm delivery time. Food arrived 9:33pm missing 2 WHOLE pizzas. The one pizza and cheese sticks I received was cold. The cheese was hard, stuck to the bread with no sauce, I mean dry!! I called Pizza Hut and was told Dasher stole my food the store will remake my order.Contact the Dasher, the dasher confirmed Pizza Hut didn’t give him my entire order. So the manager lied on the dasher instead of taking accountability's for there mistake. Here it is 11:47 pm I’m currently on hold trying to get in contact with the store for a refund writing this review. My 4 children and I didn’t have pizza for dinner tonight. $51.19 spent and Im still on hold at 12:03am. Customer service refused to give me corporate number or the number for the store. I’m not getting my pizza today at this rate it seems like I’m not getting a REFUND.. Just eat Papa John’s or Domino’s you can thank me later!!!! Pics below for PROOF"

"Pizza dry af service poor af just keep pushing do yourself a favor. The guy Vincent J was extremely rude and disrespectful. He charged at me all because I came back to resolve my complaint. And the killing part was he supposed to be a manager. I wish I could upload the video"

"Food is trash this place needs to shut down like I’ve never had pizza that was like cardboard like if you could rate 0 that’s what I would give waited 2 hours for food to be cold and hard as cardboard sad waste of time"

"Placed order online and picked up via drive through, the cashier was very sweet. I ordered two large specialty pizzas, one super supreme and one meat lovers along with the chocolate chip cookie. The meat lovers pizza was pretty good, the crust just tasted a little too sweet for my liking. The supreme pizza was briefly cooked and the dough was still pretty raw, not sure if you could tell in the pics. We just ended up eating a couple of the meat lovers slices instead. The chocolate chip cookie was bomb. Deducted 1 star because the super supreme pizza crust was raw and deducted 1 star because the crust on the meat lovers pizza was too sweet for pizza crust."
