"I have been here 3 times since I moved to the area where there is one. I never even heard of the place just saw it several times on my way to work and decided to stop one day. This is what I'll say and I have heard different from other folk. I thought the customer service in drive thru was excellent. The lady took here time explaining the menu and didn't seem annoyed at all and I had a few questions. The food was very good compared to their competitors. Since my first visit I have been back three times and that was only a week ago my first time."
"Waited almost an hour for them to ask me to cancel my order. $7 tip for over an hour. Now waiting out front. Big chain companies need better ways to get the food into delivery driver's hands. We're working for you."
"When I found Del Taco, I left Taco Bell alone. I fell in love but tonight has me sitting on the fence. We all have a bad moment and I caught this location in one. I ordered a huge order (almost $100). I arrived to get my order but the grill was down. So I had to wait to get my food, then when I return I'm told that there are limited items. I literally have to wait an hour to get my food, and then when I return to my destination to distribute the food I did not get the crunchy tacos I asked for, None of my drinks were large. I did not get my burrito, my milkshake did not bring the boys to the yard and I should have gotten three fries, I only got two and they were burnt to hell. I am extremely angry about this experience and my freaking food. On a lighter note, the manager was very nice and willing to fulfil the order but homie fumbled the bag on this one. I was even willing to tip him. I can't say I'll be returning anytime soon. And I will be contacting corporate. Attached are some of the sad soft tacos I ordered and the burnt fries."
