"Beyond disappointed in this wing stop location.. and this is usually a place I order from multiple times. I placed an order on door dash that was stolen by the driver. Once I noticed I placed another order on their website at 11:27 which had an eta to be ready in 16-21 minutes which is an eta of 11:48. I called the store and spoke to manager Stephen about the ordeal & he himself acknowledged that our food was stolen & he noticed we replaced the order online directly through Wingstop, all this while driving in the rain to pick up the food in the pouring rain. When I arrived at the location one minute before the time the food should've been finished they refused to give me the order stating they had refunded the order even though I was on the phone with him all the way leading up to me pulling into the parking lot & he himself said the food had 2 more minutes in the frier. Imagine seeing the workers just finishing off your meal & closing the containers as I stood outside in the rain talking to the manager who refused to give us our dinner after begging. Mind you the franchise door has midnight listed as the closing time. Customers should definitely be treated better especially after loosing money not once but twice to this restaurant. Standing in the rain begging for food that was paid for already, was a truly horrible & degrading experience"

"ordered here before and got it in the time it said on the website but second time, it said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes, but for some fricking reason 44 minutes later, it wasnt ready yet, bruh how the flip does that happen, were they playing fortnite in the back? They better have got a victory royale in that time, no they should have at least gotten 2 victory royales."

"Customer service is the worst!! We ordered a 40 piece family pack for carry out. We were supposed to have 15 lemon pepper, 8 original hot, 5 Louisiana dry rub and 7 mango habanero. When my daughter came home, we had 15 lemon pepper, 7 mango habanero and 13 original hot. It wasn’t that big of a deal to my husband and I but my daughter really wanted to try the Louisiana Dry Rub. She called to let them know that the order was incorrect because we had extra wings with original hot instead of 5 dry rub. Well the manager acted as if my daughter was not being truthful and asked her to bring the wings back so that he could see. My husband went back up there and they still argued him down about 5 wings!! If this isn’t petty, I don’t know what petty is. If we were trying to be dishonest then why not say the entire order was wrong. Customer service has just gone out the window every where but it’s been lacking here for a very long time. That’s how you treat the people that keep you in business. Wow! Wingstop Acworth, you have lost a frequent customer!"

"Got the boneless wings special for the wife and I. Something like 30 wings? She got all mild and I got 5 medium and 5 with a dry rub (can't recall which). Ordered online (very good experience) and they were fairly toasty when I picked them up at the defined time. They were cooked well (not overcooked) and tasted good. The wife said hers were a bit too spicy for her, but she's not a big spice fan. My mediums had some bite to them, but no worse than others I've had. The dry rub was tasty and I don't believe it was spicy. The knock on these was that there was a substantial amount of breading vs. chicken here. Not like some places, but they could stand to knock back the breading by about 50% and the chicken would still be good. So, not a bad experience, but I think I'll stick with the traditional wings from now on. The wife might not participate in the future, due to her more sensitive palate."

"Usually great, however today Dinner was ruined. Ordered wing combos with fries. Received order. No drinks. No ranch. Fries were stale with no seasoning. Can't even call them because the number on here doesn't work. Update: After driving up to the store, the manager was very accommodating and fixed our order."
