"DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! I ordered a mobile order with two combos. My 2pc combo was old. I asked for a refund. They refused to give me one even though I ordered through Church’s website. They were rude and disrespectful. I called corporate and they stated that they lied. Its not about the money, its the principle."

"I've not been inside this place, but the exterior is pretty well-worn and dated. Still, the food is great, consistently prepared well, and handed out quickly via drive-thru. This location wins hands-down over nearby fried chicken chains."

"I didn't want to believe but you were right about the rude Mexican manager. It's to bad too. And yes the lobby is closed to customers even though it says it is open. It's drive-thru only and if there is a problem (there was) you can't just go inside to resolve it. Steer clear of this one until there is a change in management."

"Food is always good, but why have a BIG OLE sign on the front door that says “COME ON IN”, but the lobby is closed? And it’s only 6pm on a Sunday evening.. The parking lot is already super small, so the drive thru line is in the darn street! Yall need to expand this small parking & get another BIG OLE sign saying “The lobby is closed!”, so that people dont waste time trying to park, & then have to end up getting further behind in a drive thru line that’s already backed up into the street!!!"

"The manager who appeared to be either Mexican or Latino cursed me out and told me I was lying after I told him he forgot to put one piece of chicken in my box. He went on to say the F word to me as well. UI come to this church’s often and have never been treated as such. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was presented to me. Very unacceptable and something needs to be done. He needs to be held accountable and appreciate his customers because without us there would not be any business. You would think he would lead by example by him being the manager but nope not the case. Upon arriving home I also noticed the peach cobbler was merely just a biscuit covered with peach juice and the Mac and cheese was burnt. Very unpleasant experience and I definitely want to see this issue handled."
