Marco's Pizza 3112 Bright Star Road, Douglasville, GA 30135

"They forgot to add my garlic/pizza sauce cups for my order. I called the store 2 minutes after it was delivered and was told, and I quote "Oh, I see it was on your ticket. I'm not sure what we are supposed to do about it now though". I just asked for them to deliver my sauces. I live a mile from the location, so I'm assuming I'm not receiving those since it's been an hour since the request was made."

"Menard, the “manager” is awful at conflict resolution. Twice I’ve ordered from this location and each time the service and food was trash. Pizza looks as if it’s sitting in a warmer all day. Thee worst location in douglasville! The manager wouldn’t even offer a fresh pizza. Instead he offered 25% NEXT TIME I ordered. Lol now why would I order again. I’ll definitely be reaching out to corporate."

"I am a regular customer, I literally order at Least once a week. I just ordered carryout at 9pm ...they close at 10. The girl who answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate!!! I've NEVER had this experience before with Marco's!! Everyone is usually really nice. I hope she wasn't just having a bad day, but, she sure was rude. I LOVE the food and like I said I am a regular. But damn, no need to take your issues out in me!!!!! If it helps I ordered around 9:15, she didn't mention her name but you could tell she didn't want to help anyone!!! I love y'all MARCO'S but she definitely needs to be nicer, especially to a regular, she didn't even get our name.....ughhhh. still love y'all, I just hope she never answers my call again!!!!"

"My mom usually orders food for us but she was out of town so i ordered food. I was not happy with the way the person on the phone just straight up hung up on me the first time. Then the second time he proceeded to act like he didn’t know what i was saying (which could’ve been bc we had a thunderstorm the other day idrk) but we decided to order online. It said it would take about two hours (Huge thank you to Chris for delivering it to us)(didn’t take that long) but once we got it the wings were way too burnt. they’ve never been like this before. the pizza was just hard as well."

"Oh my God I had a horrible experience with this pizza I actually ordered a thin crust got a thick crust the manager got on the phone and told me that the person that took my order was reliable which was the lady Jada I asked for squares it came in triangles and she made me feel like I was lying when clearly her worker made a mistake and didn’t wanna admit to it will never order here again I’ll make homemade pizza from now on"
