Bojangles

"We ordered one bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and two sausage biscuits with drinks to eat inside the restaurant. These were the worst biscuits ever! They were hard and crumbled apart when trying to eat them. The floors are so nasty around the drink machine! The whole restaurant was nasty looking! I don't think they've mopped the floors in months! Honestly, I don't see how they've passed inspection. It's just filthy! We won't be going back there ever!"

"I would skip out on eating here. The counters & drink machines are covered in mold. If the ones out in the lobby are u can only imagine what the ones at the drive thru look like & even the bar where the food sits. The employees were verbally upset at having 3 cars in the drive thru. Didnt want to serve them. I thought when it got shut down that when it opened back up it would be tsken better care of. That's obviously a lie. Theres no way health inspections here are being done correctly. The mold is very visible from just standing in front of the machine!"

"I went to this location at about 6:30 am one morning for an egg/cheese biscuit and a large Pepsi. I drove all the way home and unwrapped my biscuit to find a long strand of hair on my food. I left a review on the website and gave a review but as of today no one has reached out to me. Horrible customer service."

"Wait wasn't terrible, but we made the mistake of not thoroughly checking the items before we pulled away. We ordered a 12 piece tenders meal that's supposed to come with 4 biscuits, 2 fixings, and 1/2 gallon of ice tea. Some of the tenders were tough and cooked a little too long. We only got 1 biscuit, we didn't get a lot of fries and some of what we did get was undercooked and under seasoned, and the ice tea was unpleasantly warm when they handed it to us. It was disappointing."

"First of all I want to say I see a lot of post responses from months and almost a year ago from the Bojangle Owner and nothing has change. You give everybody review the same response….when will things change!!! I had wife on the phone and we called this particular boJangles and ask could we have 12 fresh wings, the guy said no problem. I ask 3 times on the phone and he said we would have to drop them and it would be 15 mins. Mind you I bought 12 fresh wings from this same store before. Had no problems and wings were delicious. Well my wife picked up wings brought them home and the wings were trashed dry and old. I called back to the store and they said we would drop you 12 fresh wings. I get to the store in 15 mins saw them bring the pan from the back with the supposedly fresh wings. Get wings home they were hard as concrete and the breading was just falling off. They had refried the replacement order. I didn’t want to go back to the store and we just picked through the chicken the best we could for dinner. I will never go back again and wouldn’t recommend anyone."
