"My daughter and I went to order eight piece mozzarella and they only gave us one marinara pack. So, I asked if we could have one more Mariana. They say that it would be 25 cents extra. So, how many marinara sauces should you get when you order just a 4 pic mozzarella sticks? Very disappointed I don't think we'll be ordering any more mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed, I don't think we'll be ordering any more mozzarella sticks from there."

"Stopped by Xmas Eve 2023 for a quick bites and had the worse experience ever. This is why I don’t typically eat fast food!! The guy who delivered the food by drive thru, never spoke one word. After I asked for sauce, the employee grabbed and provided so I knew he had the ability to hear but he allowed the drive thru door to slam while I was still speaking to him. I had no option but to drive off, later realizing that a whole order was missing. The newly advertised mushroom swiss burger wasn’t provided. Its the principal and I expect a full refund. I tried calling the business several times but no answer by phone. The root of this business should be products and services. How do you expect to succeed without any of it? Please employ those who want to work. Eventually patrons will not support the business, employees will lose jobs and businesses will close. It’s clear at minimum, management is lacking."

"Asked if it were possible to get a freshly cooked classic chicken sandwich, no lettuce, I received a sandwich that was pulled off the line that was already made, they scraped the lettuce off and served it to me? I know this because I am a former employee and know how a freshly cooked chicken patty is suppose to look and taste. Shame on all involved (preparer & manager) with this type of treatment of customers whom would support this location, however; what hungry person would after service such as this? Shameful and I hope Area/District Leadership reads this review and make attempts to correct this unsatisfactory behavior."

"Rude cashier. The tone of the cashier almost made us feel like we made a mistake driving to the window. The ice cream cone was more like a thawed out milk which fell right into our hands and when we asked for a cup, she hastly gave it to us and slammed the window while i was still half way thanking her and turned around talking to fellows. No wonder the McDonald's right across the street is packed while they got only but 2 cars in the whole lot including driveway. I dont think i would want to go to this location again."

"The young lady who took my order was very professional. She greeted me with a smile, and she was very jovial. I appreciated her speed. She answered any questions l had continuing to be pleasant. My experience with Burger King was an informative one this time. Unfortunately, l passed by the store, and it's closed. I'm not sure if it's closed for repairs or if it's permanently closed. I hope it's just for a little while and not longer."
