Johnny's New York Style Pizza 66 Hiram Douglasville Highway, Hiram, GA 30141

"my coworkers and I decided to come to Johnny’s and arrived at 12:20pm. it is currently 1:05pm as I’m typing this and we have watched MULTIPLE people that came in behind us get their food before us. its extremely conflicting when you choose an establishment for a lunch break and you run out of time to eat while watching others get their food. none of our orders were complicated in any sort of fashion. I have sat here and debated on why it’s taken so long and i unfortunately cannot come to a logical conclusion. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you have the whole day to waste."

"SuperBowl Sunday..knew it was gonna be busy so I phoned in an order at 3:26 for a 6pm pickup. Wanted a medium Johnny's Deluxe pizza with extra sauce and green olives instead of onions. Also got the Buffalo chicken dip. Got there early but the order wasn't ready until 6:16. It was the worst pizza I've ever gotten there..no extra sauce or green olives. The crust was undercooked..doughy. The chicken dip was good actually. I know it was a very busy day but management knew it would be also. The YOUNG girl who took my order over the phone seemed distracted...had to repeat it 2-3 times. The thing that really makes me mad is that the food quality is going down and prices are going up and restaurants don't seem to care..very disappointing."

"Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. No silverware they said. But other tables have it. We got plastic later on. They said only one clean plate so we had to negotiate with kitchen folks to get more plates. Had to ask for napkins that should have been dropped off with food. Server didn't seem to care, take it or leave it attitude and we were polite the entire time. Place is at 1/3 capacity and slowest meal ever. Table/Plates never cleared. Picture of silverware is from other tables. Just sad."

"Our family loves to stop here for pizza while we are visiting Hiram. Today was a little different. The restaurant was pretty dirty on arrival and I had to ask for a booth to be cleaned off for us. Also noticed that the air conditioning pipes were dirty that hang over the restaurant. Floor was dirty as well."

"NY Style pizza??? Are you kidding me? These has to be the worst tasting pizza I have ever tasted being from NY. They try to make it look good, but the sauce is terrible. The meatballs are season with who knows? The garlic knots have a sweet taste. Who does that!! Franchise pizza at it best. Not NY style at all. And it wasn't brick oven. False advertising!! Don't be fooled."
