Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Second time going to this Popeye's in the past 2 months and will never go here again! Tried to give them another shot. First time I went there I stood in the lobby waiting on someone to take my order for like 15 minutes while the front cashier was making chicken wings and all I wanted was an order of fries. By the time he came to take my order for my fries there was no more fries left so he used the fry scoop to scoop the fries that were up against the wall back into the fry thing and then put those in a bag and gave them to me for $3.50! That was so disgusting. Now today I go there and get a chicken sandwich I get home I go to bite into this chicken sandwich and it is hard like rubber! It's like the chicken is raw all through the center. There Goes My dinner! I'm calling this place over and over and over again and nobody is answering the phone! For the price of food today somebody should definitely be compensating me but I can't even get an answer on the phone and I'll be damned if I'm going to get back in my car and drive all the way back into Hiram when I live in Dallas to get another chicken sandwich right now at 7:15 at night when I have work at 5:30 in the morning. I moved here from Roswell and that Popeyes always had a line around the building so when I moved here I was so shocked that the parking lot and the drive-thru is always empty at that Popeyes now I know why! Downright disgusting. Trying to get somebody sick on Raw chicken and then you charge me $9 for a combo there's like five fries in the bag and a raw sandwich. Then I can't even get somebody to answer the phone to compensate me. So who's going to take care of me? Hopefully the manager see this and somebody really cares enough to want to do something about it. Also did not get any napkins nor did I get a straw for my lemonade."

"This place is by far THE worst experience I have ever encounter. The service was the pits. They have you waiting in line over a half hour just to order your food then ask you to pull to the side for an additional twenty more minutes for the order. The establishment is very nasty where the workers are preparing your food. There was food, flour and paper wrapping on the food. To many young kids standing around laughing and talking and playing around vs cleaning, filling orders and keeping the food rotating enough to accommodate the customers. I had to leave my car and go inside and request my order. The manager disposition was very dismissive and uncaring about my wait time and she told the employees not to talk to me and she turned her back. Talk about piss poor leadership there is no way that manager should be in leadership role. She’s teaching the young kids how to improperly interact with customers. I will never again frequent this location honestly this place need to be shut down and I have the mind to report this place to the board of health. I wish I could rate this place lower then a one star. Buyer pls beware this place is garbage!"

"I can say this location has improved tremendously from the food to the customer service. Whoever fried the chicken, did a great job because it taste just like back home in Louisiana! The manager and staff were very friendly and provided great customer service! Please bare with them for they are short staffed! It is worth the wait! Chicken will always be fresh confirmed by manager and staff! Keep up the great job everyone!"
