"My new favorite seafood restaurant. Alligator bites, Stuffed Salmon, Lamb Chops, and the Strawberry pound cake was all simply amazing. Our server was super amazing and I will request her every time when I go there."

"Always the best experience, from service to food. Absolutely, everything on the menu is a great choice, I have never had a bad drink, meal, or desert. If you want to be able to have a seat and not have to wait make a reservation at least a week ahead. Otherwise, you can try to be there at 5 pm and get one of the bar seats. If you get there after 5 pm, you will have to wait about 1 1/2 hours without a reservation. FYI, there is typically a line to get in at 5 pm, so get there before 5 if you don't have a reservation. Today, it was 18 degrees outside, and people were still in line before 5 pm"

"This was the fourth time going here, but this time, the chef did not play around. I brought the family and mother and law, and she loved it. I had the stuffed flounder, and I can't complain about anything. The food was full of flavor, and the stuffing (crab meat) was on point. Plus, you can never go wrong with a lemon caper beurre blanc sauce. On the healthy side, i had a side of kale salad. My wife had the baked lobster tail and fried shrimp, which was also great. The owner was there having dinner, so I don't know if the chef was trying to show out, but the food was great. We also had oysters, and you could taste the ocean in them, so that's means they were good. I am a guaranteed customer and I have to come back for the fried alligator."

"After reading all the great reviews & looking at their menu, I have been wanting to dine at FishThyme for quite awhile. My Date & I came in for dinner. This restaurant is very busy, so reservations are recommended. We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess, and seated promptly. For appetizer's we chose Baked Oysters & Crab Stuffed Mushrooms. Excellent! I also had a Kale Side Salad with grated Parmesan Cheese. For our entrées, I had the Horseradish Encrusted Grouper. My Date had the Blackened Texas Redfish. Our sides were a vegetable medley, Brussel Sprouts, Radicchio, Carrots & Corn. Everything was absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly! We both were in awe of how great everything tasted. We have to give a special salute to our amazing server, Brianna. She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetie! She was there for every need & want we had. If you are passing through Acworth & want an over the top dining experience, drop in to Fish Thyme, you can thank me later...."

"We attempted to go here over without a reservation and unfortunately it didn’t work. But we went back last night for our anniversary and it was worth the wait! We started with the coconut shrimp and raw oysters. My husband had the flounder while I had the salmon sorrel…it was so good. I could have used a little more basil but it was excellent. We had the pineapple cake for dessert. We would have been fine with a half of what we had…the portions are very good sized. Drinks were good. Service was good. We will be back!"
