"I had to wait 20 minutes and spend 25 bucks and basically have about half our dinner either wrong or just missing? Absolutely appalling. This is not somewhere you go past lunchtime. They are great at lunch. But this was a pathetic dinner showing. No sides no sauces and the blackened sandwiches were dry and pathetic. The food shouldn’t be this poor at prime dinner time hours. Do better. Avoid this place past noon"

"We’ve tried giving this place a chance 3 times..the worst fast food experience EVER! We’ve ordered ahead, shown up on time and my husband waited an hour still for chicken strips! lol every time we’ve gone the staff is insanely rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them. The last time we went we got someone else’s order (i got Williams order, my name is Amanda) Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else"

"Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and 6 ghost pepper wings and two sides. Sides were fine....whipped potatoes great, red beans and rice weren't my favorite....but not bad. I received 6 plain cold wings and a 5 piece tender.....biscuit was ok....but smaller than the past.....zero personality from staff....place was empty"

"This is by far one of the best Popeyes I’ve been to. The woman working the register whom I assume was the manager was very attentive & waited patiently for me to make my mind up on what to order & suggested a good deal on a 10 piece which I ordered and she offered to fry me up a fresh batch, offered me a drink while a waited & also through in 3 peppers on the house! Wonderful service, clean establishment, & fresh hot chicken! My only complaint would be price but I got my moneys worth!"

"Been here twice and each time they forget something. The first time a few months ago, no big deal, it was a little fry, accidents happen. This time they forgot a whole 6 piece and a large fry and there was probably one car parked and 2 cars in the drive thru. Their number is disconnected so I can't call back and it is virtually impossible to turn around during rush hour. Any chance for a refund if I come back tomorrow? The food is good when you get it."
