"3rd shift is absolutely ridiculous. I went through the drive through to order a 10 piece nugget, a quarter pounder meal, and 2 large drinks. I attempted to order a mcflurry in which i was told that they no longer sell ice cream last 12:30am. Once we pay, we sit in the line for 15 minutes before the line even moves and there were only 3 cars in the line (including us) none of this was a big deal at all. Once we pull up to the window to get our food they told us that the car in front of us took it and that they would have to remake it. Again, not a big deal so we pull up. They bring out our food but forget our drinks and sauce so i go inside to get it. The manager was SO RUDE. Once i walk in he says “what ya need” and once i tell him he proceeds to tell me that they don’t have the sauce i was requesting. he then proceeded to yell at his coworker because he forgot the drinks which to me seemed extremely unprofessional to do in front of customers. He continues to take the order of another lady where she asks for 2 cups of ice cream which he makes for her… (thought yall didn’t sell any past 12:30am) I have never experienced such bad customer service the way i did tonight."

"Went through the drive thru late at night, they said they stop serving ice cream at 12 which is fine. So I ordered a caramel frappe instead and they said the machine is being cleaned. I ordered a smoothie and they said same machine. I'm sorry but you can't serve half of your drinks on the menu at one time? Very frustrating."
"I always go through the drive through order up and the window. I've noticed the service is consistent. My order is always right,foods great and it's fast. This is highly recommendable!"
"My boyfriend should have checked the bag better. Its almost 9pm now that we are home and realized we dont have half our order. No one is picking up the phone. He checked it lightly but the dude who brought it to us gave the all clear. I also had to send BF back in to swap my un-sweet with a sweet tea so i should have known something like this would happen. My kids food was left out as was the crispy chicken for my roommate. Pissed is an understatement. Only go here if you want to waste your money"
