"Wow. Ordered at drive through at 530 pm. 4 th in line. 615 pm still sitting in the same spot. No movement. Trapped in the line and couldn’t get out. People walking in and carrying out pizzas. Car line not even moving. I called them. Told car line was first priority. Lol. Not. Also told to just bale out of line by employee. Yeah. Thanks for the tip. No apology no resolution. Finally able to get out of the line and left. One hour and no pizza. Best part - nobody even cared."
