"We just moved to the area in Rome and found this little place online that said was biker friendly and had pool tables as well as food and cold beer! The bartender Crystal or Krystal welcomed us when we came in and immediately ask if we needed anything. She was very friendly and checked on us numerous times while we were playing pool. The atmosphere inside was very nice. I guess some kind of pickle festival was going on and there were other bikes that showed up and all the people were nice also. I had some of the best garlic parmesan wings and Crystal kept checking on us throughout our stay there. She was there with one of the ladies I think who was doing the cooking which I saw other food being brought to some of the people from the pickle festival that looked delicious. Next time I want to try something else on the menu. The beer was really cold which for me that's the only way I can finish a beer if it's ice cold lol otherwise once it starts warming I usually let it sit there. They have a very nice courtyard in the back set up with tables with umbrellas that you can go out and smoke. They had Keno, lottery, slot machines, various TVs with sports channels and a few other things I've never heard of lol. All in all me and my husband had a great time playing pool and eating lunch at this tavern."
"Stopped in on our way from Fort Payne AL to Atlanta on a rainy Wednesday night. Usual tavern menu, burgers, fries, chicken. But real home cooking and down-home friendliness. Marjorie took a kindly interest in us, strangers as we were. Very tasty food, delicious onion rings, good value for the money. Relaxed, country music in the background and somebody shooting pool."

"Deceiving from the outside but beautiful on the inside. Cold beer and good service, that is all you need on a hot day. I am from South Africa and was on a trip through to Alabama. The bar lady was very friendly and helped me with a choice of good local beer. I will definitely be back."
