"My family and I have given this Red Lobster many chances, yet its the same problem every time we go here. The service is very slow and seemingly understaffed a good bit. It seemed to take forever for our waitress to get our drinks to the table and the bread. Getting refills back to our table was slow also. Plus you look around at other tables near you, you still see dirty dishes and drinking glasses. I understand if your slow because your busy, but they were not busy. Again just poor service, which is ashame. Because the food is really good."

"We had a very large party tonight for a family birthday. The reservation was easy for my grandmother to make, she enjoyed speaking to whomever helped her, our server clarified it could have been a gentlemen named Jeff. We were tucked away and had plenty of space. We didn't feel like we were in the way at all. Our server Sage was absolutely amazing, she took great care of us, made our check splitting process extremely easy and kept up with every request we had. I would request her every time we dine in! Our food was also perfect, great portion sizes and delicious."

However, my recent visit to the Canton location pleasantly surprised me with outstanding service and food quality. Whether it's a difference in management or not, the Canton branch impressed me with friendly smiles and attentive staff. I'll definitely be returning."
