"I was here about a week ago and although I am aware of the labor shortage and the nightmare that restaurants are going through at this time and since COVID. Our initial plan was to sit in the dining room and have dinner but unfortunately the door was locked and there was a sign that dining room was closed and drive thru was open. There was about 9 cars ahead of me so the line was wrapped mostly around the building but I was hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere else so I waited in line. After sitting in line for 30mins I finally got to the window. The man working was friendly enough but you could hear and see the frustration in his voice and body language. When he handed me my drink and turned around he almost tripped and had to catch himself. I looked to see what he had tripped on and there was a woman sitting in the floor in the area between the counter and the drive thru wearing plain street clothes and playing on her phone the whole time I sat there waiting on my order she didn’t not make the smallest attempt to slide one way or the other so that the boy working could walk around her or make a drink. Seeing as the lobby was closed to the public I wasn’t sure how someone was granted access. When he finally handed me my bag I was so irritated and just wanted to leave so I never checked the food. When I sat down to eat my order was completely wrong so I called to let them know there was an issue and a female answered the phone I explained the problem and that I had just left there sitting in drive thru for half an hour I live 20mins out of town and couldn’t come back right then. She took my name and said that she would make a note to correct the order the next time I came in which is really awesome but I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Unfortunately businesses restaurants especially have taken a hit and staffing is almost impossible accommodations are having to be made to meet the needs of the customer and abilities of the employees but that doesn’t mean that the people that do stay employed to keep these places staffed can quite literally sit down on the job"

"Got our order taken quickly and the staff were friendly. I tried the new honey mustard wraps. I felt like the chicken was a bit off and a bit tough. It made the wrap a bit hard to eat, but other than that, I had a good time at this establishment."

"Just the worse! The whopper meals that I ordered looked and tasted like they had been sitting for an hour or longer. It was completely Cold. I also tried to use the 2 whoppers deal code but they said that the internet was down. but somehow they could my credit card for payment. So asked can I still get the rewards deal? No you can because of the internet. I also ordered a big fish sandwich also looked as if it was sitting around and cold. I will post pictures of both sandwiches. The cost was 25.00 for 3 people. I'm sad to say I will not be eating at that Ellijay Burger King!!!"
