Waffle House

"From where I sat I watched them cooking my food. The yelling out orders to the cooks was distracting and I couldn't do a job like that but everyone seemed to be handleing it well. We were a party of 7 at 2 booths. One order was missing 1 item but it was quickly remedied. One order was wrong but it was corrected just not as quickly. I think some was deducted from the cost as compensation. All in all food and service was great."

"The food was good. But we witnessed a MALFUNCTION in the work environment! The manager was talking to the employees like a dog! Our waitress was elderly. Evidently there was a fued within them. So much hostility! The manager talking to employees like a dog. Our elderly waitress was on the receiving end of that. The manager didn't know if she was coming or going. It was a uncomfortable environment to be in because that crew is mean girls all day! I really feel sorry for the lady named Kathey. The only one who seemed to have any sense out of the bunch . Won't be going back."

"Waffle House food is always consistent, it's waffles and smothered and covered, yo! Today, new waitress, DeShawn (sorry bout spelling!), was delightful. She's a keeper and WH should give her a raise!"

"Never have I experienced such welcoming and friendly staff! The team seemed so happy in their work and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It’s worth a visit for the level of hospitality alone!"

"I've been to this specific location multiple times over the last 25 years and I can honestly say this last visit was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a waffle house location. The food itself was fine. After the cook remade the waffle after I watched him pull it off the waffle iron and place it on a plate with his bare hand. The waitress was nice but went off to eat and disappeared for a good 30 mins. Not to mention that they had half the dining room closed and the half that was open had dirty dishes at every table and bar stool."
