"This is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in Chattanooga. They’ve remodeled the location in Red Bank and revamped their menu.. I dunno if they got a new cook or what, but everything is delicious. I recommend the Pollo Picoso."

"We have been to Amigos in St. Elmo's, but first timers here! Our server Jes was very personable and efficient! Both of our dishes were delicious, and the prices are very reasonable! Pretty much between a 4 & 5. Saturday 11/18/23 Our second time here last Saturday. And I have to say the food is still very good, this time the service...not so much! The young man who was our server would benefit from some training! Never stopped by after serving our food to ask how the food was, never came by to see if we wanted more drinks, and I had to ask for the tortillas that came with the meal. Did not ask if we wanted desert, and had to track him down to get the bill! For me, a good restaurant has to have exceptional food as my #1 priority, and #2.....good service!"

"Very Bad experience. They charged us 35% tip automatically without telling us. So when the cgeck came we gave an addition %15. while in the parking lot we notice that something was not right and went back inside to ask the lady to remove one of the tips. she said she will but...she lied. they still charged me and the group that i was with both tips. Essentially doubled all of our bills. My $31 meal cost me $60. Spend your money with honest people. They are not."

"I was first in line to order. The host waited on the people behind me, including new people walking in. The other person had a to go order and the other wanted to be seated to eat in. I ended up leaving since service is based on whom seems most important first. Won’t be back to stand and be told to wait and ignored again."

"It is Tennessee Mexican food. That said, it was pretty good. I got the combo lunch plate that was reasonably priced and a large portion than I needed for lunch. My hard shell taco was good; the meat was well seasoned. The stand out was the deconstructed chile relleno which was not encased in a deep fried batter. It was a welcome change. As was the use of a tasty Anaheim chile instead of the more common (bland) Poblano. I appreciated the complimentary chips and salsa, but the salsa was very mild (again, Tennessee) and rather bland. Overall, it's a nice place with mostly well-prepared food. Definitely a satisfying lunch stop."
