"Most important thing to me in a drive-through fast food experience is getting the order right. I never deviate very much from items as shown on menus. They do almost every time."

"Krystal can be hit or miss, for what seems like years now. I'm happy to say that this particular Krystal was a hit! Quick to serve, hot food, that was assembled to look like an actual Krystal burger. Now...if only all Krystal locations would use this quality of service as their standard I'd eat there more often!"

"We order a lot of food from a lot different restaurants through door dash and out of all the restaurants we have ordered from there are 2 that really stand out. Krystals is one of those restaurants. Our food is always hot, fresh and fast. Even the more expensive places don't match the quality and fresh foods we get from Krystals. Thanks to all those who at Krystals, you are doing great. "First time ever to a Krystal. It was decent for what it was, but to me, when it comes to mini burgers, aka: sliders, nothing beats the original White Castle. I am sure locals who grew up near a Krystal may feel different, but hey, New Yorker here. One very cool thing is the tater tots they have, with different toppings and corn dogs too. The Castle don't have these items, and the tots were pretty good."
