"Terrible experience… My dog absolutely hated going to the vet’s office, so I wanted to find a vet who could do euthanasias at home, because I wanted his last memory on Earth to be in pure comfort. First off, she is not physically well. She had a very tough time making it up my steps, which was a red flag off the bat. I had some questions, and she rudely & repeatedly cut me off, saying she didn’t have time to talk. WHAT?! It’s not like I had 3 pages of questions. Woulda taken 5 mins. Then she brought in this folding exam table that was wobbly and missing screws & bolts. So I had to hold the table up the whole time, instead of embracing my dog. After she rushed through everything, and administered the shot, my dog let out the biggest yelp of his life. He yelped 3 times in his entire life, so I KNOW it hurt him BAD. And on top of all that, she tried to charge me $30 more dollars than what she quoted me. In retrospect, I wish I woulda just gone to the vet’s office, because this was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She has no business practicing medicine."

"I would give her zero stars if I could. My dog had cancer and called and talked to her about having my dog put to sleep at home. She was concerned about nothing but money and did not want to hear any details about my dog. She was extremely rude and uncaring. I did not use her did not want my pet exposed to someone like her as her last experience in life. I was lucky to find Dr Tooten mobile vet to come to my home with the utmost care and compassion for my dog and for our family. This vet needs to leave this profession."

"Dr. Mason lovingly took care of my home bound Great Dane for several years and went above and beyond to insure her comfort and extend her life after her cancer diagnosis. She has given two of my sweet pets the ability to pass peacefully at home and was so compassionate during such a hard time. She has also been wonderful with my cats and helping my other dog with a back injury regain mobility."

"Dr. Mason is a amazing women and doctor! We had to make the agonizing decision to have our beloved and sweet corgi mogwai gain his wings. It’s one of the most hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. I wanted him to be comfortable when passing and dr.mason helped make that possible by coming to our house. She was caring, informative and warm! Honestly don’t know how anyone could give her less then 5 stars. Thank you for being there when we needed you the most!"
