"BEWARE! If you love your pet please avoid. My dog was a patient here for a couple of years and was seen often due to diabetes. At the end of his life he was very ill and I tried to schedule an appt for the same day. I was told for an additional work in fee I could wait with him in the car until they could see him. A vet tech took his vitals and glucose test without my consent when he was already wearing a device to monitor his levels and was sent back to the car to wait. We sat in the car in January for hours until I was told to come back later that evening because they couldn’t work him in yet. I contacted Cross Lanes Animal Hospital who worked him in without an additional fee and were giving him fluids within the hour. He passed away very soon after and I received a bill for his visit because I’d never been inside for them to collect a payment because we weren’t seen. I explained he wasn’t treated and I went elsewhere and never heard another word or received another bill until a year later when I received a letter from a collection agency. I gave them thousands of dollars over the years and I was sent to collection over a fraudulent $80 charge. I’ve never known this level of greed and lack of compassion. Please go anywhere else."

"We were very pleased with the quick and compassionate service provided to our pet and family. They saw our bearded dragon without an appointment on a Friday, ran a battery of tests to diagnose his condition and provided all of our options in a very professional and compassionate way. Unfortunately, our little guy was too sick and old to recover from his ailment, but the staff and facility were awesome to work with during the whole experience, and the price for his emergency and end of life care was extremely reasonable.
