"I live nearby and this is a dump. Six years later and it is still à dump. As much as I would like to have you visit. Travel South to Beckley or North to Summersville for better accomindations."

"Would give this negative stars if possible. The ONLY positive was the gentleman was friendly. The room was disgustingly dirty. There was an old razor, and a dirty rag in the bathroom floor. The carpet was filthy. There were rolled up, stained towels blocking the smoke from adjoining rooms. There were blood stains on the linens, including pillow cases. There were notes about court dates taped to the walls. The smoke detector was disassembled and put under the tv stand. The mattresses were broken down, and just lumps. The toilet seat was broken. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands with. The towels were stained. There was a dirty ashtray on top of the TV stand. The smoke smell was so pungent we could not sleep in the room, and ended up leaving at 3am, unable to breathe. Outside of the room there was a mattress, a dog crate, and some garbage leaning against our outer wall. Sleeping in a ditch would be a better choice."

"The owner was very nice but unfortunately the room was not good. The tiles in the bathroom were broken, the toilet seat was cracked, there was no soap, the shower was moldy and there was a dirty razor in it and the cabinet for the sink was broken. The carpet had cigarette burns, the mattresses were dirty and the bedspreads were ripped. The room REEKED of smoke, there were yellow towels at the base of the doors to the adjoining rooms in attempt to keep smoke out. The ceiling was stained and cracked and you could hear the neighbors and all their business. There was a dirty ashtray and the smoke detector was sitting on the TV stand. Sitting right outside the door was a dirty mattress, kitty litter box and a dog crate. It was cheap but we left at 3am."

"The owner Mike Fish is the nicest man u would ever meet very friendly and loves and respect children he doesn't tolerate bullshit if ur loud he will throw u out 1 warning and then he will make u leave cheap place to stay 40 a night or 168 a for a single bed room or 188 a week for a double bed room has always been awesome to us when I come to visit my family and loves children smoke friendly rooms"

"Very, very dirty. Room reeked of smoke. Greasy dust all over ceiling fan and ceiling. Cigarette burns on the bedding. Peeling wallpaper and I was afraid to get in the shower. If you don't mind all that, $40 and very friendly owner might be enough for you."
