"Take the vanilla ice coffee off the menu it’s nasty and I wanted to try something new me thinking they spread little bit of garlic butter on the bread. Nope y’all wanna pour a gallon of garlic butter. Cant even eat the burger literally threw up cause how overwhelming the taste and how soaked my burger is in garlic butter. Take that off the menu too. My actual rating is -1 star be safe y’all"

"We had a great experience as far as the service went; she was very friendly, courteous and prompt. But the food was disappointing. The pickle fries were in a bunch instead of being individual fries, and the hot dogs were average. We’ll probably go back to try again but not for a while."

"If I could give no stars I would terrible service they make you wait in a long drive thru line when it's still early because they don't want to come out the building. Then when you pull up to the speaker they don't greet you or saying anything you have to say something first then they will say go ahead with your order no Hi, may I help you or anything smh it's plenty of people on the clock but no one willing to work. They just let people sit in the line and hope that people leave. The workers are eating instead of getting orders out."

"My experience was horrible. It took us 30 minutes for them to get our order. The first time they brought us 3 hambugers we had 6. We had to wait another 15mins for them to bring the other three out. Got home them three was wrong and burnt hard as a rock. By this time our tator tots was cold. The manager said they was busy but yet the drive thru line went down 4 times working on 5. If they was so busy how was the drive thru wrap around going on 5 times get theirs while we waited for 6 hamburgers. Then my onion ring was suppose to be a med. The bag wasnt full there was only 5 onion rings in it. Called up there the manager ask if i wanted the one hamburger redone. Um no. We live in rex almost on the jonesboro side. Then i ask for someone over her she gave me a number thats disconnected. Worst service ever. They need to learn how to count bc she said twice the first bag she gave us had all our burgers in it. We will never eat at that location again and i will be getting in touch with someone over her. Only reason im giving one star because it won't let me post without a rating. They really need a negative. Not to mention the screen said our order was being delivered by carhop waited10 mins it didnt. Push the button again they said the meat was just coming up. Ugh"
