"Kinectic is not a bank that you want to bank with or receive car loans from. They will offer you a car warranty that does not want to cover any damages on your vehicle. Kinectic will also tell you they have nothing to do with the warranty company. So basically they sale products that they know wont cover any damages to the vehicle. The loan processors will not speak to you or help you with anything. They wont even help to refinance the car. Ive been a customer for 5 plus years and service has declined EXTREMLY after covid. I will be closing my accounts and I will never do business with this bank again. I will be closing my account this week and getting a lawyer."
