"First I would like to say this. Pay NO ATTENTION to all of the good reviews here. They make you type your review while sitting Uncomfortably at their desk. First off, how can you leave a good review simply based on the initial visit rather than the entire experience. I did leave a review while sitting there in front of the beautiful young woman there, but I removed that review so I could replace it with the truth. Second, I went to pawn my title and was given more than a fair estimate or more than $8400 for my title. That quote was just to get me in the door. After I get there fill out all of the paperwork and go through the process, its an entirely different quote of only $5700. Not only that, I was told that due to my credit, I am only eligible for $2300 of the the value of the car. I do not have bad credit. There was another customer at the same time who was experiencing the same issue. As for the employees, they seem nice and I would not under other circumstances have any complaints against them, but I am more than sure that this happens with every customer and they know exactly that its the normal sham. Not to mention that my interest payment is $400 per month on such a small loan. I will be paying this off as soon as possible so I can end our relationship. I don't feel that businesses that run like this should exist."
