"I ordered a large ice cream with my Chicken sandwich and it was not a large ice cream. It was very small. When I told them I ordered a large one, they told me that was the large one now. (That was a child size ice cream). I will never go back to this partucular place. From now on if I want a large ice cream I will go to Dairy Queen where I will get the right size in large ice cream. This Chic-fil-A sucks. A customer should always get what they pay for, but, coming here you "Don't"!!!"

"I did not go in. No straw, no condiments and the sad part, I asked for them. Had to go back for receipt. The worst place I every been. They spend more time talking to each other instead of focusing on the customer order."

"We ordered a chikfila sandwich with fries and another order of nuggets with fries. 2 sunjoys with half sweet tea, half diet lemonade. Below is the list of things wrong with this order: 1. The fries are old and very stale. I doubt they are a day old, but they are getting there. 2. We asked for extra sauce and got 1 pack. Yes that's extra. But that is clearly never what people mean when they ask for extra. 3. The drinks were straight lemonade (which was so sour, it made us both pucker). 4. The sandwich was soggy and barely warm. We live less then 10 minutes from this location (2.2 miles), so that's the not the reason for the bad food. This is unfortunately the worst experience we've had from Chikfila. We are not looking for a refund, just to let management know they need to do better. You need to be better."

"I went through drive thru before work to pick up a 12 count meal with a side salad. The app allowed me to order an extra dressing without paying but when I got to the front they told me they could not give me the extra dressing unless I paid for it. I would have not minded paying for it, if that had been the option through the app. The guy told me I would have to go inside or back around drive thru if I wanted to purchase it. I asked to speak to the manager and he said, he would not give me an extra dressing unless I paid for it, I didn’t have my wallet on me, reason why I placed a mobile order, so I asked for a full refund and handed him the food back. It’s crazy to me that you guys would prefer to throw away a full meal, refund me and give me an overall bad experience than to just give me an extra dressing. I won’t be returning back to this location, there’s always an issue happening and I rather make the extra drive to another place."

"The chicken was missing in the CHICKEN tortilla soup…I’m under the weather so I wanted some soup. Got a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup last night and there was not a shred of chicken in my bowl. Plenty of beans and corn but no chicken. I had to go back and look at the menu description because I thought maybe it was just tortilla soup. The soup would’ve been better with chicken. My order was around 3pm Saturday in case someone else experienced the same."
