He literally looks out for customers in the parking lot to help us unload our shopping carts and does it professionally and willingly. "On Dec. 3rd, I arrived to pickup my order using the curbside feature on the app. However, I spent over 40 minutes waiting in my order! 40 minutes!!!!!!!!! What is convenient about this? The employees have marked my order as complete, yet nobody has brought out my order. I’m truly disappointed with this service and location. They seem to not care at all.
