"This was my SECOND time scheduling a Covid booster vaccination, going into the Chamblee Tucker location at my appointed time, then having the staff tell me - We're not giving vaccinations. The stock was expired. (The first time I scheduled and went in, the refrigeration had gone down overnight.) I know things happen, but I asked why I was NOT CONTACTED for a SECOND TIME, as I scheduled around this. The first time they said corporate was in charge of cancelling the appointment. The second time, they apologized. The first time my appointment was cancelled, I went to Costco and was able to get a flu shot immediately. The second time CVS fell through, I was able to make an online appointment with Walgreens for about 30 minutes later and was able to get the Covid booster. Walgreens online scheduling was MUCH easier. Trying to deal with CVS has been an epic waste of time. (The staff member at the counter was nice and did apologize.)"
